Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now on the lookout for a Tender Co-ordinator to join their team.
Joining our client’s Headquarters Team, as a Tender Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with securing business on a global basis.
Specifically, you will identify suitable tenders, co-ordinate the production of submissions, assisting where necessary, and ensure documentation is received by the relevant authorities prior to the required deadline.
Working in consultation with others, you will submit expression of interest, distribute tender details to relevant parties and examine the T&Cs highlighting any potential areas of concern.
Additionally, you’ll update your knowledge of our client’s product groups to enable identification of sales opportunities.
To be considered, you’ll need:
– At least two years’ administration experience
– A good level of IT literacy, especially with Microsoft packages
– A full, valid driving licence
As a Tender Co-ordinator, you must have strong business acumen, excellent organisation skills and a close attention to detail. Self-motivated and positive, you must also possess great communication and presentation skills.
A degree level qualification in a business, life science or legal related discipline would be an advantage.
