Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a Technical Support Team Leader to join their Customer Service Department.

As the Technical Support Team Leader, you will troubleshoot and resolve customers’ technical queries.
Leading a team of internationally-based Technical Support Specialists, you’ll inspire them to perform to the best of their ability and ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved.
Additionally, you will follow up any complaints by troubleshooting products and analysing technical data.
To be considered, you will need:
– Previous customer service experience
– Experience of analysis and trend reporting
– Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
– The ability to lead a team of motivated individuals
– A degree level qualification in a scientific discipline
Self-motivated and proactive, as the Technical Support Team Leader, you’ll have superb communication skills. You’ll also have a collaborative approach to problem-solving and great prioritisation abilities.
Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application.
