Our client is a globally reaching engineering group that assists in the provision of a multitude of air movement products, systems, solutions and associated services. As the company expends, they are now seeking a Service Administrator to join their team in Dublin.

As a Service Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting our client’s Service Team and providing exceptional level of service to customers.
Supporting all team activities including work order co-ordinator, parts ordering, engineer scheduling and daily office operations, you will also act as the first point of contact for internal or external customers. You will provide strong levels of support and information, help with budgeting and the accounting system, maintain office records and act as liaison for divisional staff.
You will also have the chance to manage outside contractors, under supervision of the Operations Leader, maintain related records, co-ordinate project activities and support scheduling processes.

– Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, verbally, and in written form with internal and external customers
– Demonstrated customer service excellence
– Experience of the Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Communicative and customer-focused, as a Service Administrator, you will also need strong interpersonal skills, a team player mentality and high levels of organisational skill.
Experience of maintenance management software would be beneficial to your application.
