Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a Research & Development Scientist in Clinical Chemistry to join their team.

As a Research & Development Scientist, you’ll be responsible for supporting our client’s research and development activities.
In this varied role, you’ll employ a range of approaches, including the design, development, verification and clinical validation of novel clinical chemistry tests and multiplex immunoassays.
To be considered, you will need:
– Extensive clinical chemistry experience
– Comprehensive knowledge of immunoturbidometric tests and immunoassay principles
– Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
– A BSc in chemistry, biochemistry or a life science or biomedical subject
Organised and analytical, as a Research & Development Scientist, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be able to work well, both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
