Moore Stephens (NI) LLP is a large independent member firm of Moore Stephens International, a Top 10 global accounting firm. They have 7 partners and over 110 staff based in their five offices in Northern Ireland. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a Practice Administrator to join their team in Coleraine.

As Practice Administrator, you’ll ensure the efficient operation and management of the firm’s working capital cycle, including developing procedures to control work in progress and debts.
Working closely with the partners, you will:
– Oversee the Administration Team, including finance, reception and administration staff
– Manage the credit control function
– Control the accounts production process for the practice
To be considered, you will need:
– A professional accounting qualification, ideally an ACA
– Good IT skills, including experience of Sage and Microsoft Office
Organised and proactive, as Practice Administrator, you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You also be an adept problem-solver with great time-management abilities.
Experience with CCH accounts production and practice management packages would be beneficial to your application.
