Our client is a large manufacturing solutions provider primarily operating in the medical sectors. They are now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.
This is an incredible opportunity for an engineer with a background in CNC programming and a track record of working with CAM packages to take on a diverse role working on an array of different projects.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be tasked with creating manufacturing processes that meet the requirements of customer projects whilst adhering to all industry engineering standards.
This is a supportive role that will see you providing manufacturing engineering support for precision machining, finishing and assembly.
You’ll provide quotes for projects, technical guidance, and assistance with machine and tooling selection, programming and set-up, as well as seeking to reduce costs and increase profitability.
Additionally, you will act as the oracle for engineering science across the team and will impart your knowledge to fellow team members.

– A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least two years’ related engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
– A strong background in CNC programming
– Experience of working with CAM packages
Knowledgeable and results-focused, as a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent commercial acumen and understanding, and a close attention to detail.
