Our client is an ISO 9001 accredited manufacturer of innovative electrical devices used in engine based machinery. They are now looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.

This is the ideal role for a flexible individual looking to work between 20 and 25 hours per week. For the right candidate, our client will be happy to take a flexible approach towards the working hours and days.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for our client’s key HR processes, including recruitment, training, FEC compliance, advice, payroll and database maintenance.
Your duties will involve:
– Preparing with recruitment documentation and assisting with interview panels
– Supporting the employee onboarding and leaving process
– Assisting with the co-ordination of training
– Responding to routine staff queries
– Processing the weekly and monthly payroll
– Updating and maintaining company databases
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
– Some HR experience
– A degree level qualification in a business related field
Highly-organised and proactive, as a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll have great communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent planning, time-management and prioritisation abilities.
Ideally, you’ll be a qualified Associate of the CIPD or be working towards your CIPD, but this is not essential.
Please note, this is a part time role working 20 – 25 hours per week. However, our client can be flexible regarding working hours and days and there is potential for further development.
