GOAL is a global humanitarian aid charity that has helped tens of millions of people across 60 countries over the last 40 years. They are now seeking a Fundraising Campaign Marketing Executive to specialise in individual giving and direct marketing. Internally, the role is entitled Individual Giving Officer.
Supporting disaster relief since the 1970s, GOAL have helped people in need across the world from Honduras to Zimbabwe.

As a Fundraising Campaign Marketing Executive, you will provide marketing support to the Fundraising Department in the creation of amazing campaigns to drive engagement and funding efforts.
You will ensure that members of the public sign up to, and are retained GOAL’s individual giving strategy
you will be challenged to enable GOAL’s global humanitarian operations through support within the fundraising department for the individual giving strategy.
Specifically, you will implement a donor recruitment and retention campaign that will ensure public fundraising grows over the next five years.
You’ll play a key role in technology; ensuring that GOAL have the best CRM systems and processes that optimise the donor journey and undertake donor profiling and segmentation.
As a vital link in the marketing chain, you will implement annual plans and campaigns including direct mail, mail dialogue, DRTV, telemarketing and digital campaigns. You’ll oversee third party contractors to ensure they are on-message and their work is delivered on time and within budget.
Additionally, you will play a part in monitoring and evaluation activities, looking in to the effectiveness of individual channels and cross channel expenditure to maximise ROI.

– Marketing experience within a fundraising environment
– Previous experience in an NGO (a non-governmental organisation) / charity
– A track record of analysing data
– Excellent project and time management skills
– A third level qualification in a marketing or related discipline
