What will I be doing?
As a Community Nurse, you will ensure that a high-quality care service is delivered to individuals within your area.
In this varied role, you’ll be a clinical lead for our client’s Care Team and will be managing care plans, client/risk assessments and re-assessments, reviews, introduction of carers to clients, meetings with HSE, investigating and documenting complaints, accidents/incidents and provision of emergency care where required.
What do I need?
To be considered as a Community Nurse, you will need:
– A nursing qualification and NMBI registration
– A background in nursing or other ancillary services or relevant experience in the homecare industry
– A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
