Their client portfolio has grown organically, but they’re looking to accelerate their business growth, focusing on Ireland and Europe. As such, they’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

In this important role, you will have the chance to directly contribute to the agency’s ongoing success and drive the continued growth of their client base.
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll generate new business with clients that meet Wolfgang Digital’s requirements for long-term strategic partnerships.
You’ll identify potential clients, promote the benefits of Wolfgang’s digital marketing solutions, develop a plan for setting up meetings and utilise resources to help close new business.
Working to clear targets, you will:
– Develop an in-depth understanding of Wolfgang Digital’s services, their mission and their ideal clients
– Build a pipeline of new business
– Manage the sales process with the support of the Client Engagement Team
– Successfully onboard new clients and manage key relationships
Interested? to be considered as a Business Development Manager, you’ll need:
– At least five years’ sales experience, ideally gained in a fast-growing digital agency, consultancy or a software provider
– Demonstrable business growth experience
– A background in digital marketing, sales, consulting, media or advertising
– Strong numeracy skills
– Great prioritisation and relationship building skills
– A proactive approach
Ideally, you’ll be fluent in a second European language, in addition to English. Experience of the tender and proposals process would be beneficial, as would knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as SEO or social. Familiarity with Google Analytics would be equally favourable, as would an established network within the Irish marketing sector.
