Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will build long-lasting, profitable relationships with leading brands and companies to support Webrecruit Ireland’s ongoing growth.
You’ll be selling one of several versions of our Fusion ATS technology system, alongside our superb advertising solutions. Forging a high-volume pipeline, you’ll ensure a constant flow of new clients will be passed to our account management and development teams.
Every organisation has a unique set of challenges that come with hiring the right talent at the right cost per hire. We’ve created a portfolio of software and advertising solutions, as well as combinations of these, that deliver every time for a huge variety of different hiring needs.
Specifically, you will:
– Engage with potential customers using a targeted approach
– Promote the benefits of our technology and advertising solutions
– Deliver a world-class level of service to clients
About You 
To be considered as our next Business Development Executive, you will need:
– An advertising sales, recruitment agency, or job board background
– A full, valid driving licence
– A target-focused approach
– Great written and verbal communication skills
– The ability to build great rapport
– A positive and proactive nature
We’re eager to have a further conversation with you if you’ve worked as a Client Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or Field Sales Executive.
We’d also be keen to hear from you if you have held the role of Advertising Sales Executive, Client Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, or Recruitment Sales Executive.
