An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join our client, a well-established company.
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced surveyor to hit the ground running and get involved with a range of building projects and building surveying instructions.

As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects for a range of building refurbishments and fit-outs as well as building pathology, dilapidation and compliance inspections. Working on a variety of building types for a range of clients you will:
– Prepare design drawings, schedules of work and supervise fit-outs /refurbishments
– Undertake schedules of condition and dilapidations
– Perform building acquisition surveys and other commercial survey types in the areas of compliance and fund monitoring
Interested? To be considered, you will need:
– At least five years’ commercial PQ building surveying experience
– To be RICS accredited
– A degree (or equivalent) in building surveying
– A full, valid driving licence
