Our client is a highly specialised technology business, funded and backed by the commercialisation arm of a leading Belfast university. They have developed solutions is the area of nanotechnology and are making ground-breaking leaps in the commercial manufacture of associated chips for sensors for protein detection.
Having recently secured further venture capital investment, our client is now seeking a Biological Product Development Scientist to help drive the development of their unique solutions.

Having created some incredible products that are set to revolutionise research activity for laboratories across the world, our client is also progressing cell mapping technology. The applications of this are far-reaching and phenomenal, touching many aspects of life, from drug-screening through to our understanding of protein-linking.
As a Biological Product Development Scientist, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day production of nanostructure chips.
Specifically, you will implement post production processes, quality control procedures and collect clinical data. Through quality control activity, you will seek to effectively document and monitor standards throughout all stages of production.
Additionally, you will run assays, communicate production information throughout the organisation and support the development of new products with a particular focus on assay optimisation on ship surface.
