Our client is a highly innovative engineering firm that specialises in industrial roofing solutions. They are now looking for an Accounts / Office Administrator to join their team, ideally starting no later than the end of July 2018.

As an Accounts / Office Administrator, you’ll support the smooth running of our client’s Finance function.
Your duties will include:
– Credit control
– Accounts payable
– General office filing
– Raising delivery dockets and invoices
– Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts
– Completing VAT and Intrastat spreadsheets
– Providing cover to the Internal Sales Team
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
– At least two years’ experience in an accounts and/or office role
– Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office, including Excel and Word
– A great telephone manner
Proactive and detail-oriented, as an Accounts / Office Administrator, you’ll have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and highly organised approach. Strong planning and multi-tasking abilities are also key.
A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial to your application. SAP system experience would also be an advantage.
