Webrecruit Ireland launched in Belfast in 2010 to create an innovative online recruitment solution dedicated to the Northern Ireland market. Our recruitment approach is a real alternative to traditional methods and we were delighted to be awarded 'Recruitment Innovator of the Year' at the Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards 2012.
Its sister company, webrecruit GB, revolutionised the recruitment industry in 2001 by introducing, developing and pioneering the first flat fee online recruitment service. For the first time, businesses had an alternative to incurring the high costs of traditional recruitment methods.
The webrecruit flat fee service provides the resources and support to tap into the growing online talent pool. Over the years, webrecruit has worked with thousands of companies, from SMEs to household names and saved clients in excess of £12 million.
